Do you require waivers?

Yes. All guests must have a parent/guardian waiver on file before participating in any services. Waivers are completed digitally during booking or check-in.

Can we bring in outside food?

What ages do you serve?

We proudly serve children ages 3–14.

Our services are designed to help girls feel confident and pampered without growing up too fast.

Yes, you are welcome to bring in outside food in addition to cupcakes. Small individual items like chips or fruit bags to accompany pizza are absolutely fine. We just ask that food is kept simple and easy to manage.

What is your deposit policy?

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are credited toward a future appointment if rescheduled within our policy guidelines

  • Deposits are non-transferable

How many guests can attend a party?

Guest capacity depends on the selected package. A maximum number of spa guests is 10 to ensure quality service and safety.

Can we make adjustments to our party package?

All package adjustments or add-ons can be made up to 7 days prior to your event date. This allows us enough time to prepare everything perfectly for your party.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule:

  • Please notify us within the timeframe stated in your booking agreement

  • Your deposit will be applied toward a future date

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit

Do parents stay during services?

Yes. Parents are welcome to remain on-site during services and parties. During parties we ask that at least one hosting parent stay during the party. Parents of the guest are not required to stay. Seating is limited!
